Sources: Blue Jays, Oliver Reach Deal
The Blue Jays have agreed to a one-year deal with left-handed reliever Darren Oliver, according to sources.
The agreement includes a team option for the 2013 season.
Oliver, who turned 41 in October, was a key member of the Rangers bullpen the past two seasons.
Danks Agrees To Five-Year Extension
The White Sox and starting pitcher John Danks agreed to terms on a five-year contract extension worth $65 million.
Danks will make $8 million in 2012 and $14.25 per season for the next four years.
ESPN.com's Bruce Levine first reported the deal on Dec. 21.
By agreeing to terms with Danks, the White Sox avoided an arbitration hearing that would have likely cost the team between $9 million and $10 million in 2012.
Cubs Agree To One-Year Deal With Corpas
The Cubs have agreed to a one-year deal with reliever Manuel Corpas, a source confirmed to MLB.com.
Corpas was in Chicago on Thursday for a physical, and the club is expected to make an official announcement soon.
The 29-year-old right-hander last pitched in the Majors in 2010 with the Rockies.
Cardinals, Beltran Reach Agreement
Free agent outfielder Carlos Beltran has reached an agreement on a two-year deal with the Cardinals.

Blake, 38, appeared in just 63 games for the Dodgers last season (.252, four homers, 26 RBIs) because of injuries -- a back problem, an elbow infection and a neck nerve issue that led to surgery.
The contract calls for a non-guaranteed base salary of $2 million, with another $1 million available in performance bonuses.
